Tasks
Handling imports (focus on sea- and airfreight) for the European market as well as following-up all relevant import documents
Working in close collaboration with shipping companies, import agents as well as with European distribution centres and other internal Nintendo departments
Taking care of the customs clearance processes, tariff classifications and tax assessment notes
Being a main contact for customs offices and Federal Statistical office
Handling general administration like invoice matching, cost comparisons, reporting and filing
Requirements
Commercial education, education as a Forwarding Agent would be an advantage
Relevant working experience in the area of import shipments and customs handling
Good German and English skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
A precise, well-structured, responsible approach to work and the ability to work well with a team
