EUROJET Turbo GmbH is the international management consortium for the Turbofan EJ200 engine developed for Europe's largest joint military aircraft programme, the Eurofighter Typhoon. The company is based in Hallbergmoos near Munich Airport in Germany.
We are looking for an Export Change & Export Operations Administrator (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week, initially limited for 2 years.
- To coordinate the issuing of EUROJET Orders on parts, spares and equipment.
- To ensure recording and closure of the respective EUROJET orders in the EUROJET Management tools.
- To coordinate with the Partner Companies the timely delivery of the requested material, assisting the deliveries when required.
- To prepare and issue the respective Change Proposals for Export Customers.
- To follow the delivery of the Change Proposal related deliverables and coordinate within EJ with the respective areas their status and finalization.
- To assist the EUROJET Operations and Programme Managers as required and in particular providing status reports of the position activities.
- Recent Engineering degree, preferably industrial or aeronautical
- Programme Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills are essential
- Capability to handle and analyse technical and management data
- Rational analysis of status evolutions and ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Good negotiation, influencing and priority setting skills, conflict resolution and ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Ability to analyse and solve complex problems as well as to participate in cross functional teams
- High fluency in English language, both written and verbal
- Experience of working within a multicultural or international collaboration is a plus
- For contractual reasons, the position is limited to NATO nationals and NATO-equivalent nationals
